Essential Criteria
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• At least 10 years' technical experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing large-scale, complex service or contract agreements. This should ideally involve technology-enabled solutions and may come from any sector where service delivery is supported by technical systems or platforms.
• Previous experience with outsourced IT agreements.
• Previous experience in liaising with senior stakeholders across a large organisation.
• Ability to create and present competent business cases with a positive outcome.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Project management experience.
• Clear evidence of key stakeholder engagement across a large organisation.
• ITIL v3 or v4 qualification(s).
Desirable Criteria
It would be advantageous if you have any of the following:
• 3rd level qualification in an IT related subject.
• Finance/accounting qualifications.
• OJEU procurement experience.
• Experience of Project Management delivery methodologies and governance, such as Agile and PRINCE2.
