Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
• Proven experience in onsite security management across multiple sites and geographic locations, preferably within the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, risk assessment methodologies and crisis management.
• Familiarity with security legislation, including UK / Northern Ireland Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) regulations.
• Knowledge of National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) onsite, personnel, procedural and security controls and how to apply them to a CNI.
• Previous experience managing security teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Full driving licence and access to a car which can be used for business travel across Northern Ireland
