Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
• A professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 3.5 years' post qualification experience.
• Strong experience of financial processes with deep technical knowledge of financial standards.
• Strong understanding and relevant experience of audit processes.
• Proven experience of a similar type project role, leading and driving process improvement while delivering on process efficiency.
• Proven experience in making informed recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience of working with teams and driving change.
• An understanding of ERP solutions.
• A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Desirable Criteria
It would be advantageous if you have any of the following:
• Demonstrable evidence of knowledge and experience of a regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of Project management framework or Project tool.
• Knowledge of reporting tools.
• Previous experience of introducing digital processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
