Candidate criteria

Shortlisting Criteria

The successful candidate must demonstrate:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing teams to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Practical knowledge of contact centre operations, customer service procedures, and emerging service trends.
• The ability to build, maintain, and develop effective working relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Excellent IT proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite and telephony systems.
• Confidence in handling escalated customer contacts, resolving complex issues, and responding flexibly to challenging situations.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car suitable for business travel across Northern Ireland.
