Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements.
• A minimum HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the design, testing, commissioning or maintenance of complex electrical protection control and auxiliary
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of power engineering principles and their practical application within electricity transmission and distribution networks
• Practical experience of large-scale electrical infrastructure construction, refurbishment or asset replacement projects, including an understanding of project lifecycles from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other engineering-related software packages
• Hold a current full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to meet the travel requirements of the role.
