Shortlisting Criteria

Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Proven ability to validate business-critical functionalities through comprehensive test strategies.
• Experience in developing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Proficient in automating and executing end-to-end, UI, API, and regression tests, and in designing and maintaining robust automated test frameworks.
• Skilled in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Hands-on experience with web automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Capable of generating detailed and actionable test reports using modern reporting tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
• Flexibility to perform manual testing when required.

Desirable Criteria

It would be advantageous if you have the following:
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C# .Net, Java, Python, NodeJS or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of security testing principles and practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Certifications: Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
