Shortlisting Criteria

It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Major Programme Management or Programme management, with strong focus in PMO or governance roles
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, Major Programme Management or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Demonstrable success delivering complex transformation programmes
• Evidence skills that surpass conventional project management – demonstrating interdisciplinary knowledge in strategy, governance, risk, finance, and stakeholder leadership
• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Management, Technology, engineering)
• Current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

It would be advantageous if you have any of the following:
• Experience in smart metering, AI, or major digital transformation programmes.
• Leadership in complex, and regulated/utilities environments.
• Proficiency in building, maintaining, and driving execution of structured project and major programme plans and associated governance.
• Experience of delivering successful Change Management best practice
