Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
• Minimum 10 years' experience leading HR transformation, organisation design, workforce planning, people strategy, or enterprise transformation initiatives within large and complex organisations.
• Demonstrable experience developing and implementing People/HR transformation strategies that have delivered measurable improvements in organisational effectiveness, employee experience, workforce capability, service delivery, or operational performance.
• Significant experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes, including the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, technology-enabled processes, and digital ways of working.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning and organisation design, including the development of workforce models, operating models, organisational structures, and capability frameworks aligned to business strategy.
• Evidence of successfully leading complex change and transformation programmes, involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, cultural change, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong programme and project management capability, with experience establishing governance frameworks, managing risks and dependencies, tracking benefits realisation, and delivering programmes to agreed timescales and budgets.
• Experience using workforce analytics, people data and insights to inform strategic decision-makin
