Shortlisting Criteria

Essential
• Min 5 years' experience in software engineering or solution development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, secure, & maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Technical Expertise in at least one of the following Microsoft technologies: Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Module), Power Platform or SharePoint,
• Or Technical Expertise in modern API Integration tools such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Power Automate.
• Practical experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including familiarity with Azure.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical domains including the use of Proof of Concepts to engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions & deliver them iteratively in an agile environment.
• Experience contributing to or defining engineering standards, coding practices, and technical governance frameworks.
• Practical experience in on-premise application development and support, using an object-oriented programming language.

Desirable
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft or Integration Technologies
•Experience delivering projects that modernised on-premise solutions to cloud-based architectures
