Shortlisting Criteria

Essential Criteria
•A relevant degree (or expected degree) or third level qualification in real estate, planning (or a related discipline) with a minimum classification of 2:2 of higher
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, GIS and other property management systems.
•Full UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
•Is prepared to be flexible in working hours and travel throughout NI.

Desirable Criteria
Ideally you should also possess:
•Relevant postgraduate experience in similar role
•Experience in reading, interpreting basic title queries including drawings, leases, licences, wayleaves, easements and leases.
•Experience of engaging and negotiating with landowners and land agents.
