Candidate criteria

Shortlisting Criteria

Essential Criteria
• 3rd level qualification in IT or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 + years' experience delivering requirements supporting digital transformation projects.
• Demonstratable experience leading business analysis activities on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering complex business and IT change programmes.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle from gathering requirements through to implementation and benefits realisation.

Desirable Criteria
• BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.).
• Understanding of electricity distribution networks and operational processes.
• Familiarity with core utility systems such as
o Asset Management systems.
o Geographic Information systems (GIS).
o NMS, ERP and Customer information systems
• Experience using Microsoft Visio, Teams, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• A current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
